An appointment is required before coming to the office for both sick and well baby visits. This allows the office to minimize our patient's waiting time. Appointments may be made by calling either office during office hours.

We will always be able to see your SICK child, but we may ask that you see the first available doctor. Every effort will be made to provide the earliest possible attention to your child. Patients arriving at the office without an appointment will not be seen
immediately unless the situation involves a life-or-death emergency. Instead, they will be given the next available appointment.

Due to the unscheduled nature of emergencies, and periods of epidemic illness, occasional
delays are unavoidable. We hope that you will understanding if you encounter such
delays, and be comforted to know that if YOU ever require emergency attention, it will be
provided.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call and cancel as far in advance as
possible. If you are late we will attempt to work you in. However, this may not be
possible and you will be given the next available appointment or asked to reschedule your
appointment for another day.
