It is with mixed feelings of appreciation and regret that I announce the news of Dr. Kim Yucha’s retirement at the end of August. Dr. Yucha joined our practice in October 1988, and served as our president for two decades. We will all miss her leadership, dedication to our practice, and compassion for her patients. Dr. Yucha plans to spend time with and care for family, as well as pursue other interests and goals. Please join us in wishing her good health and happiness as she begins her life’s next chapter

“I chose to participate in the VCCN to improve the quality of care the patients in my practice receive. Working with other pediatricians in the Richmond area and pediatric specialists at CHoR, we are creating specific, evidence-based clinical metrics for community pediatricians to work towards and achieve,” said Dr. Phillips. “This is a great opportunity to make health care for the children in Richmond even better.”

It is with a mixture of joy and sadness that we announce the retiring of Dr. Bob Noble from Richmond Pediatric Associates. We have enjoyed and appreciated Dr. Noble’s expertise, care, thoughtfulness, and kindness to our staff and patients for the last 34 years. He is ready to spend more time with family and other endeavors outside the office. I know you will join me in wishing him all the best in his coming retirement. He will complete his service with us at the end of December 2020.

Richmond Pediatric Associates celebrate 50 years in practice. In November of 1970, Dr. Martin Hoffman and Dr. Stuart Solomon left solo practice to start RPA, we are honored to continue to serve the community 50 years later.
